I have partnered with other investors to do fix and flips and purchase rental units. I personally have 20+ doors, ranging from Reading, Pennsylvania to Kansas City Missouri, with goals for that number to continue growing.
After obtaining an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Thaddeus Steven’s School of Technology, I have experience in construction from working in the electrical field for over 10 years. Having this knowledge and background in construction will allow me to point out potential issues in homes you may look at. I will be able to give my advice on any electrical issues and an approximate cost for repair items.
